Negotiation Skills
The need to negotiate is everywhere, yet most people do not have a
framework to reach mutually beneficial agreements and deal with conflict effectively.
The Negotiation Skills program is a highly applicable solution that will teach
you to be an effective and successful negotiator.
The program will assist you in:
- Reviewing key negotiation concepts and approaches
- Examining alternative approaches to conflict management
- Focusing to achieve positive negotiation outcomes in which both parties
benefit
In addition, the program will provide materials that will focus on understanding
what the various sources of bargaining power are and how they are mobilized
in different phases of a negotiation. Also, how conflict and conflict management
can enhance the resolution of negotiation differences and in what ways interpersonal
dynamics influence the negotiation process.
We have also developed an International Negotiation Skills program, designed
to prepare small teams of participants to successfully conduct business negotiations
with executives from other countries and cultural backgrounds. International
Negotiation Skills is a six-hour program conducted for teams of two to three
individuals from participating companies.
