Title: Associate Director, Student Affairs Fully Employed MBA Program

Academic Background: BA degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work from Chapman University; and  MS degree in Human Resources also from Chapman University.

Professional highlights: I came to The Paul Merage School of Business in May of 2005. I began my career at Merage as the Assistant Director of Admissions for the FEMBA program. I definitely enjoyed my time working in admissions assisting prospective applicants throughout the recruitment, interview and admissions process for both Fall and Spring programs.
During my second year working in the FEMBA program I transitioned into the role of Associate Director, Student Affairs. This new role has enabled me to work more closely with staff, faculty and current students. Working in the FEMBA Program Office also still enables me to assist with admissions when needed as well, so I get to enjoy working with both prospective and current students, throughout their time here.

Why did you choose to work at Merage: Working at The Paul Merage School of Business has enabled me to make the transition from working with an undergraduate population to a graduate population. At the same time, I am also exposed to working with staff and faculty at one of the premier graduate business programs in Southern California.
